I played a key role in the development of Spotless created by Ed McCardie, Canal+’s first English-language series, working as Director of Development the production company to bring the project from concept to greenlight. My work focused on shaping the show’s narrative, developing characters, and refining story structure to ensure the series was both compelling and production-ready.
As a screenwriting consultant and development specialist, I collaborated with writers, producers, and creative teams to generate story beats, troubleshoot scripts, and maintain tonal consistency across episodes. I helped define the series’ identity, ensuring the darkly comic and crime-driven elements were balanced with strong character-driven storytelling.
